What information do we collect? How do we use it?
Freight Dynamics requests information from you that will enable us to enhance your Site visit. Your participation or submission of information is completely optional and within your control. For example, Freight Dynamics requests information from you when you:

- Submit an e-mail inquiry requesting information
- Submit an order for services
- Request e-mail notification of your order status
- Process a Claim
In each instance, we ask for your name, e-mail address, and other relevant personal information. When you place an order, we also need to know your credit or debit card number and expiration date, and billing and delivery address. No. Freight Dynamics does not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others. We are committed to protecting your privacy and will only use personal information provided by you in support of your shipping experience and relationship with Freight Dynamics.
How does Freight Dynamics protect customer information?
When you place orders or access your account information via the Internet, we offer the use of a secure server. We follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information that you have given us to prevent unauthorized access.
