We would not be able to have “We Deliver The Impossible” as our tag line if we were not able to be spontaneous and innovative at finding creative solutions to our customer’s needs. Below are some examples on how we have handled some of these projects in the past for our customers.
Distribution and Warehousing:
A Financial Marketing Agency in Minneapolis hired us to stage and ship over 1 million lbs. over a weekend from 5 different vendors to over 2200 Bank’s all traveling to arrive the Tuesday after a holiday. Each branch had a different quantity of cartons, many oversized, coming from each of 5 vendors with an average weight of approx. 450 lbs. per shipment. We preformed this service working all weekend for a flat rate and provided proof of deliveries for all shipment s on Wednesday.

A Business to Consumer Marketing Agency in Eden Prairie partnered with Freight Dynamics to coordinate the printing of 1 million retail cartons of feline and canine pet food, print and supply master cartons, then assemble, insert sample pet food, master pack, palletize, ship to 15 national warehouses and provide online access to their inventory and ordering. We achieved this at a “30% savings from the last vendor” per their company CEO.
International Remail Service:
A company who specializes in computer based testing hired us to distribute thousands of their engraved award plaques to over 165 countries. In the past, they had used a courier service such as FedEx International to achieve this. Freight Dynamics remail service saved them over $115,000 by handling the customs forms for each, sorting by country and drop shipping them into each foreign country’s postal system using our remail service.

A famous songwriter and performer in Chanhassen formerly known as Prince hired Freight Dynamics to distribute 265,000 of his cassette tapes to his customer base worldwide. We created the customs forms for each, labeled and packaged them in padded mailers and sorted them by country and drop shipped them into the foreign country’s postal system saving them a considerable amount of money.

Fulfillment and Domestic Mailing Services:
A local Business to Consumer Company hired Freight Dynamics to work with 3 distributors and encrypt their mailing list, then assemble and shrink wrap 160,000 pet food samples in retail boxes and sent them out as bulk mail standard presort service throughout the United States offering substantial savings over regular US Mail rates. A very large and successful printer in Minnesota hired Freight Dynamics to resume their fulfillment and warehousing services for Target, with over 1200 pallets of material providing pick, pack and ship services. This printer also was our very first customer asking us to distribute all the fragile Christmas display kits to over 1000 Target stores (8’L x 3’W x 4’H) to arrive within 5 days without being stacked all for one low price, and provide proof of delivery on each. We handled this many times for them. Radisson Hotels hired us to warehouse and manage orders for their over 450 hotels worldwide for their training materials and promotional products creating an online ordering system which generated sales reports and notifications when sku’s fell below their minimum level.

AT&T / United HealthCare hired us to warehouse and inventory over 20,000 sku’s of their voice and data telecommunications assets. We picked up, packaged, shipped, serialized, assigned their asset tag and stored with like products. We also redeployed these products and systems to their offices across the United States.

A worldwide Travel Company headquartered in Plymouth, MN partnered with us to charter an aircraft and move millions of dollars in electronics equipment for their annual franchise owners meeting in Nassau, Bahamas with 1,100 attendees. They had 100 exhibitors at their trade show giving away items such as champagne glasses, apparel, nylon briefcases, and binders of meeting materials. We set up a temporary import bond to save them the 6% tax on their equipment and set up a “Shipping Shop” where attendees could bring their materials to us to be bagged, tagged, then carton packaged and shipped back to the US to their residences. Visa sponsored the first 5 lbs. for each attendee and we also shipped them back duty and tax free.

Nationwide Packaging and Shipping:
We shipped the FedEx sign to FedEx’s Corporate office in Memphis, as it was oversized for them, and also handled the crating and uncrating.

We picked up a 30 year old Kodiak Bear Taxidermy and custom crated it and shipped via exclusive air ride van across the country and delivered and uncrated it in perfect condition.

A major medical equipment rental and leasing company partnered with us to develop SOP’s for each of their products with specific packaging instructions and manage and custom package and ship their equipment transfers to or from over 100 districts in the US. We created a web interface for them to place orders, view history, track shipments which notified all districts involved when a shipment was in process. We gave them flat rates per product for packaging and $0.32 per lb. for ground shipping nationwide to/from all locations. We also provide warehousing and serializing services for many of their new products direct from the manufacturer and they have 24/7 web access to redeploy as needed.
